We found the staff at GCRM extremely professional and caring. On all our visits to the centre we always received a warm welcome on arrival. Each step of the way has been clearly explained and carried out to the highest standards, thank you.
Found all the staff to be professional. Appreciated the time the embryologist spent answering our questions about the number/quality of embryos to be transferred.

The service and treatment was fantastic. All the staff at GCRM have a made our experience with IVF a very pleasant one. Keep doing what you are doing as it does not get any better than this!
I don't yet know the outcome of my treatment however I would recommend very highly each and every staff member at GCRM. Supportive, understanding and always with time to listen. I also found the counselling a great support- even if I didn't realise that I needed it. Knowing that I have another couple of sessions if I need it is also great.
