ISO QUALITY AWARD FOR GCRM Ltd

Following an assessment by an independent accrediting organisation, GCRM has been successful in achieving ISO 9001:2008 Certification. This prestigious award is an International Standard in use worldwide as a benchmark for quality, and organizations which are serious about maintaining and improving standards seek these qualifications.

The award recognises GCRM’s commitment to an exceptional quality of service and allows it to remain at the forefront of fertility treatment provision and patient care. It is an intrinsic component of the quality control needed at all levels of the services we provide.

Said a delighted Dorothy Lucas (Quality Manager, GCRM) "We have always been proud of the service we offer our patients. Now with the award of ISO 9001:2008, this has been confirmed by outside experts who are used to judging quality management systems on a daily basis".

Len Allan, who undertook the assessment for CQS Certified Quality Systems, paid particular tribute to "the investment in people and training that enables GCRM to provide an excellent service for their patients".

The ISO 9001:2008 award is a statement of our current service and it re-affirms our ongoing commitment to improving technical and service standards.
